Founded in 1992, Town & Country Humane Society is a small nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to helping our community by promoting responsible pet ownership, helping pet owners search for necessary resources during a time of need, as well as advocating for animal welfare. Town & Country Humane Society is a No Kill shelter, providing care for our furry residents, while our volunteers work tirelessly to help these animals become the best companion they can possibly be, in addition to finding the best possible forever home to all abandoned, relinquished, or otherwise homeless pets that come through our door.
Our goals are to provide education to the public about animal care, the benefits of spaying and neutering pets, as well as, helping pet adopters plan for a successful transition for new pets into their forever home. Our work brings people together in order to create the changes needed to protect animals from unnecessary euthanasia.
